ACD / SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

Ryan Bailey is a Senior Art Director and Creative Director based in Atlanta. He's built campaigns for national brands. Most notably — SERVPRO, Baskin-Robbins, Party City, 1792 — and earned a CLIO, ADC Gold Cube, and One Show recognition along the way.

His conviction: the best ideas are always the simplest ones. The industry defaults to complexity. Ryan's default is to strip everything back to the sharpest possible version of a thought, the kind that can be explained in a sentence and felt in a second — then build the kind of execution that earns attention rather than demanding it.

His background runs through music production, engineering, and design, which trained him to think about campaigns the way a producer thinks about a record: every element in service of the feeling, nothing wasted. He's led studio and design teams, managed junior creatives, directed animation studios, and carried work from brief to screen across broadcast, social, digital, and live experiences.

Simple ideas. Obsessive craft. Let's build something.
